As a husband-and-wife handyman team:

Jarrod is a local, home-grown Manatee County resident with a long history in the construction and remodeling industry. He started as a laborer, moving up to a skilled carpenter, and eventually into project and construction manager roles. He also worked as a full-time mechanic, which added hands-on problem-solving skills that carry over into every project he tackles.

He previously held a Florida contractor license, which he placed on inactive status when he moved out of state for a ministry and leadership school in California. There, he met his bride, and soon after they married and moved to Michigan (her home state), he earned his Michigan contractor license and worked with a house remodeler to renovate worn-down homes in vibrant Detroit neighborhoods, giving them a new life.

 Eventually, all roads led back to his hometown in Florida. While we can’t officially say we are licensed just yet (we’re in the process of getting his CRC Florida contractor license active again), we are fully insured and ready to take on small home projects. **

Annalisa brings a background in marketing and a lifelong curiosity for home projects to XYZ Home Services LLC. Growing up, she spent countless hours watching HGTV and discovering the value of creativity and hands-on work. While real construction isn’t quite like the shows, she enjoys rolling up her sleeves and working side by side with her husband as part of their handyman team. Annalisa has also helped build simple homes for an organization that provides shelter to those in need. She combines her organizational and creative skills to support projects and ensure clients have a smooth, positive experience.
